What should I bring?

Some people like to bring there own mug for drinks and a bottle for water.  (There is filtered water available near the bedrooms and in the dining room).  You may also like to feel warm and cosy so please feel free to bring a blanket or anything else that helps you to feel as comfortable as possible during your time at Penny Brohn.

There are some hairdryers available, however they are for shared use, so do feel free to bring your own.

Neither soft drinks or alcoholic beverages are served at Penny Brohn, however you are welcome to bring your own.

There are lovely walks, such as along the river which is close by, so walking boots are helpful.  The gardens at Penny Brohn are also lovely, so do remember a warm coat and as it will be November, maybe a scarf and hat!

Other things that might add to the enjoyment of your stay might be a yoga mat or meditation cushion.  There are plenty available but do feel free to bring your own.

Jo and Sue love drumming and singing and hope to provide some space for this one evening.  If you'd like to join them do please bring a drum or any other instrument that you'd like.

Will I receive a certificate or CE Credits?

We hope so.  We are eligible to offer CE credits however they can only be applied for 3 months prior to an event.  We shall be applying for this and will confirm as soon as we can.
